ABOUT PAULA LAVAREDA

With a background in Arts, Paula Lavareda is a choreographer, dancer, bodyworker and systemic therapist
specialized in embodied facilitation of systemic constellation work and Trauma work. She developed her unique approach, enhancing body awareness and trauma work in systemic constellation work to achieve sustainable solutions
and healing processes.
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Paula has worked around the world, driven by her passion in how different cultures
affect the body.

 Facilitating the integration of body awareness, authentic movement, trauma work and systemic constellation
work Paula stands for reconnecting people to their authentic selves. Her ability to relate and read the body cultivates
a profound space for transformation. 
She is currently building the Interbeing Institute alongside her life partner, Stephan Hausner.
