Systemic health doesn't view illness or symptoms as disorders, but rather as attempts at solutions in the sense
of expressions
of interpersonal interaction.

Systemic Connections and Health: It concerns the relationship between family ties and health.
Exploring these relationships in systemic constellation work provides deep insights into health issues.

Constellation Work and Healing Systems: Constellation work reveals and addresses unconscious bonds and conflicts within
a system. People and their problems are viewed in extended contexts, within families and larger systems across generations.
This can lead to healing and well-being.

The Significance of Trauma: Systemic constellations with the ill clearly show the connections between illnesses and traumatic
events in the patient's family of origin. Examining transgenerational entanglements and family dynamic connections can shed
new light on illness and health.

The Significance of Systemic Solutions lies in understanding the importance of belonging within a system and how disruptions to systemic orders, such as birth order or exclusion of family members, can lead to physical or psychological suffering. Systemic constellations
are effective in solving and clarifying complex issues in organizations or politics. Departing from linear cause-and-effect thinking,
which is overly directive, systemic thinking acknowledges the simultaneous occurrence of countless connections.

Solutions Beyond Pathology: Our work is aimed at finding solutions that restore harmony within the system, rather than just focusing
on the problems. Recognizing and integrating excluded or forgotten parts of the system is a central step towards healing.

Creating Conditions for Self-Healing: Paula Lavareda has further developed Bert Hellinger's approach, whereby the practitioners
become catalysts for healing change in the patient. They don't heal but create conditions for self-healing.

Building Healing Systems: With each systemic constellation, the view opens to the familial, transgenerational backgrounds
of diseases, providing new additional possibilities. Thus, they have an immediate positive impact on the immediate environment
and indirectlyon society and the whole world.
